Microsoft Outlook Mail Setup

After opening Microsoft Outlook, click Tools in the top menu and then click E-mail Accounts.
In the opened window, select Add New E-mail Account at the top and click Next.

On the next screen select POP3 and click Next.

Enter your name, your e-mail address ([email protected]), user name ([email protected]) and your e-mail password.
(For the user name you must enter the full e-mail address!)

For Incoming Mail Server (POP3) and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) enter mail.yourdomain.com and

click More Settings. On the Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. On the Advanced tab change the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) port to 587 and click OK.

Click Next and Finish to complete setup.
